How we handle information submitted to AgileCT.

Contact form: name, work email, and whatever you write in the message field.

Free template request form: name, work email, the template you selected, and your stated deadline timing.

We do not collect payment details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run web analytics on agilecommercetech.com.

Both forms on this site submit through Formspree, a third-party form processor, which delivers the submission to AgileCT by email and retains a copy on its own systems under its own privacy policy.

AgileCT uses the information you submit to reply to your message, send the template you requested, and follow up about the readiness question that brought you to the form. We do not sell this information or share it with anyone outside AgileCT and Formspree.

We keep contact and template-request submissions only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete or anonymize them once that purpose has passed unless we're required to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.

Under Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA), you can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@agilecommercetech.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

If a template-request email includes a subscribe checkbox, you can unsubscribe or reply "stop" at any time, as noted on that form.

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Access to submitted information is limited to AgileCT staff who need it to respond.
